By accessing and using MXScan ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
MXScan provides email security monitoring services including MX record scanning, SPF, DKIM, DMARC analysis, SSL certificate monitoring, and domain expiry tracking. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with various plan tiers.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, using the Service for illegal purposes, or interfering with other users' access to the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in that policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MXScan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
